Like any dedicated surfer, Carver team rider Josh Kerr has different boards for different conditions. As part of his Carver quiver he wanted a longer diamond tail deck for bigger carves and faster lines to compliment his shorter 28” Snapper model. They kept the width slightly pulled in to keep the weight down, and with a little extra length you can widen your stance when pumping for speed and get plenty of leverage over the front truck. Since the longer wheelbase can handle more speed, this can handle those ‘big days’ when you want a board that will hold a fast line downhill, but still snap a turn when you get to the top of those big banks.
Graphic design is photos of a hot girl, waves, a thatched hut … all the elements of a great surf lifestyle and a view into the life of a traveling surfer. Recommended with the CX truck set for a more progressive skate performance.

What’s the difference between the C7 and the CX?
The C7 is Carver's signature surfskate front truck, and it has an incredible amount of pump and turning radius. It has a spring loaded swing arm that allows the nose of the board to sway slightly from side to side, essentially allowing you to snap your turns from the tail and pump effortlessly for speed. It is as close to surfing on land you will get!
The CX is Carver's reverse-kingpin longboard truck. It is like a standard longboard truck but given the Carver treatment, has more pump and is tighter turning. It has a similar feel to the C7 but is less extreme, so if you want a more longboard skate than surf skate but want to pump and surf, then the CX is the truck you want.
