In the beginning there was darkness, then Kebbek bent wood to amazing shapes and changed the world.
This shape really did start a revolution. It is lowered, so the platform you stand on is close to the ground, making it stable at speed. The nose is wedged up, which means the trucks are turnier. Although this is a big deck, it is very agile because of that wedging.
If you remember the Early Arift, or the Landyachtz Chinook, they all copied this design. Not everyone wants to bomb hills OG style. Why buy this board? Well it is a great board for beginners or women getting into longboarding or people who want to commute and long distance push. This design has been rediscovered by long distance push skaters. It is lower so there is less bending of the knees, it is also super stable so you dont have to think about your skating, just where you are and skate in the moment.
As it is an easy board to push and stand on, beginners love this type of board. Push, carve, cruise. It is just so easy.
Dad's getting rad and wanting to skateboard again, or looking for a way to keep up with their kids on bikes - this is your board. You don't have to worry about falling off or what is on the footpath, just skate and enjoy being outside and carving up the world.
Price is reduced to clear excess stock, be quick, it is limited.
The trucks and wheels suit this deck: Bear Grizzlys 852 and 73mm Kebbek Takawan. The trucks will be stable at speed, but also give you a nice ride if you just want to push and carve. The wheels are all round - good roll speed, grip but can slide if you want.
This is a SUPER cheap board BUT made with premium components, nothing crappy. This is a geniune clearance item. This is our second shipment of these boards, the last sold out very quickly, this was one of the first ones to sell, so be quick.
