Instead of a return policy, here are the reasons you might want to return product and what to expect.
Executive summary: yes we do returns, yes it is easy, yes we like to make it simple. Yes we give money back not store credit. I hate shops like Lorna Jane that don't let you return for your money back.
Returns (I dont want it anymore gimme my money back)
You have 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but ask us anyway, our returns policy is flexible.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, though this is flexible, wheels can be unwrapped but not used.
To complete your return, you must return item with a copy of the invoice with a written note on the invoice stating why you are returning it, what action you want us to take. This will speed up the service, because we know what to do and we don't have to contact you. Please call 02 93915205 to arrange a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, and your refund approved we will refund you the same way you paid. For credit cards and Paypal we do not need your details, we can reverse the charge through our system. If you paid via bank deposit, we will need your bank account details, we can't reverse a bank deposit.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or you have a really good excuse like my girlfriend hates the colour, my friend bought this as a present and he is an idiot. If you need to exchange it for a similar item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org but it is better to call and speak to Hop (James). Seriously, we do exchanges all the time, it is not a big deal, but the lawyers wont let us put that in this policy.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charge on the original invoice is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping charge will not be refunded but we have never done it. To date we always give back your shipping for a few reasons, the main one is we do free shipping. If you spend less than $30 we snag you for $10 shipping, happy to give it back to keep a skater happy.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Item is wrong, you short shipped me, there is a fly in my soup
Sometimes it goes pear shaped, we make a mistake, or there is bad luck. Don't worry, we'll sort it out. We will fix up the problem, then try to make you smile with a bonus, like extra stickers, a giraffe, or a pencil made out of fried chicken. We can organise a return label so it cost you nothing to return. All we ask is for some patience. An error takes time to fix. Getting new product to you, getting the wrong one back.
You guys suck, I want to cancel my order
Not a problem. Unfulfilled orders in the system can be cancelled at anytime. You can change your mind, change product, cancel, get a refund. Paypal orders are refunded immediately. Credit Card reversals take two to three days. This is due to the banking system. We do it immediately but the bank takes a few days to process (it's how they make money).
My deck, wheels, trucks have a defect, I want a new one
We purchase product through the authorised distributors in Australia, this means returns must go through and be approved by the distributor. It is very rare we have a problem, due to the quality of the brands we carry. If we can't replace due to the item is out of production, we do repairs. We can swap for something similar. There are certain things not covered by warranty = wear and tear. Ride your bearings in the rain they will seize up. Slam your deck into the gutter it will split. Go sideways on a rough road the wheels will chunk. Jump the 20 stair at Central Station the trucks will bend. Put you board under a bus it will snap.
