    We use Australia Post eParcel to ship all items.

    Once you have received your "order has been dispatched" email, you will be able to track your package online. Australia Post will send updated tracking information to your email address, as we always opt customers into this service.

    If you are not getting any tracking emails, please check your spam filter before calling.  

    Using the shipment tracking number in the confirmation email, follow the steps below for your shipment method to check the status of your package.

    • Call Australia Post customer service on 13 13 18 (Options 3, then 3, then 1) and quote your Shipment Tracking Number.
    • Visit your local Post Office and provide customer service with your Shipment Tracking Number.
    • Click Here to visit the Australia Post website and enter your tracking number

     

    Note: Online Tracking is not in real-time and scan's can be delayed for up to 24 hours depending on the delivery address.
